Purpose of the Job : The HR Business Advisor would be responsible for embedding HR people strategy throughout the business and have responsibility of identifying and developing solutions based on business priorities and organization analysis. Additionally, the person would be responsible for driving people in living the values of the group and confirming to standard policies / processes. Together with the Regional Business Partner and HR Colleagues, the advisor will ensure corporate HR programs are delivered to the client effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities : 1. Challenge the business to ensure an aligned / integrated people strategy that reflects business need and is consistent with the group's standards 2. Guide business managers through change management initiatives including organization design / evolution / development / smart sourcing, restructuring, etc. 3. Partner with Senior Business Managers to embed and evolve people element of the business area strategy 4. Translate business needs into a staffing strategy and work with CoE attract talent to develop resource requirement plans 5. Build a performance culture and ensure the performance management processes are implemented in the right spirit 6. Support the year end compensation round ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes. Also ensure those decisions are market and performance driven and conform to best practice 7. Monitor employee relations issues from HRS Functional Specialist to identify trends or business impact and recommend corrective actions. 8. Coach managers on how to lead teams, live the values and conform to standard Deutsche Bank Group policies. Additionally provide leadership to their teams and consult them as per specific requirements and needs 9. Assist Employees and Managers with Employee Relations Issues. Coordinate with Legal as required. 10. Help Managers to deliver on their strategies, for example working with HR International and Recruitment. 11. Work with the Management Information Systems (MIS) group and HRS to interpret and act on reporting information around issues like diversity, turnover, etc. 12. Provide timely intelligence through exit interviews, attrition metrics and propose strategies to retain key talent 13. Support managers to drive organisational development in their teams 14.
