Looking for AVP - HR for an IT / Telecom client to be based out of Delhi / NCR
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing Talent Management Initiatives, HR Internal Communication
- Managing end to end Performance Management Cycle, Annual Compensation Review, HR Policy and Process Review, ISO Audits, interface with Learning and Development team, interface with Compensation and Benefits team, Diversity Initiatives etc.
- Candidate should also have a fair understanding of payroll administration, statutory compliances, employee benefits (Car Scheme, Insurance Policies, Gratuity Trust etc. ), SOX Audit etc.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with the Vertical business leaders
- Receive and respond to questions and enquiries from the business on a timely basis
