- Handling Global HR Recruitment reporting and analytics
- Responsible for global HR recruitment reporting and analytics M businesses, and reports to Global Recruitment Head on weekly basis, there are many more weekly, adhoc reports and analysis, work for recruitment and business at global level
- Responsible for utilizing relevant data in conducting analysis, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and driving operational excellence in partnership with global counterparts
