AVP HR Operations responsibilities include Leading HR projects including HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
Key Responsibilities -
- Responsible for entire Lifecycle Management of employees in the Organisation.
- Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
- Responsible for Payroll Management
- Handle Transaction Monitoring, HR Life Cycle Management, Payroll, Compliance and Benefits
- Design company policies and procedures
- Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
- Prepare budgets by department
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
- Manage internal communication projects
- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with all SOPs
Requirements:
- Post-Graduation in MBA, HR, minimum of 15 years of Experience in HR Operations in a large scale organization.
- Candidate must be from the BSFI industry.
- Should have PAN India exposure in HR Operations
- Excellent communication
- Hands-on experience in Stake Holder Management
