Hiring for HR-Compliance professional for a leading financial services organisation. The incumbent shall be responsible for handling end to end HR Compliances, keep abreast of latest laws and amendments, deploy statutory laws and employee benefits as required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining statutory and legal compliances for all employees including outsourced staff / agencies
- Knowledge dissemination on latest amendments, changes in statutory laws
- Knowledge of tax implications WRT all statutory compliances and various provisions
- Manage all legal notices as applicable
- Coordinate with Business HR, Branch offices and HR Ops team to ensure compliances
- Manage Employee Benefits
- Rollout and management of NPF, Gratuity, ESOPs, statutory Compliances, Mediclaim, Group Life term insurance, Labor Law Compliances etc.
- Complete ownership of the Payroll process
- Resolution of all employees- queries on time
- Conduct periodic internal reviews and audits to ensure all compliance procedures are followed.
- Ensure documentation of all compliance activities including grievances, complaints etc.
- Timely filing of compliance reports with the government agencies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in handling large employee strength
- Ability to keep abreast of changes in laws, coordination with external stakeholders
Experience- 10-15 years
