15 years + experience in HR with at least 5+ years as sales HRBP with Pharmaceutical organizations (Preferred) and in FMCG sales.
Job Responsibilities :

2. Deliver a comprehensive and consumer-driven people service, aligning both people management and commercial strategies.
3. Drive end-to-end HR for 3500 + Field Sales employees, drive talent strategy, organization development and employee engagement within the BU.
