Client Description
The client is a transatlantic consumer, corporate and investment bank offering products and services across personal, corporate and investment banking, credit cards and wealth management, with a strong presence in our two home markets of the UK and the US.

Annual Salary- 25L INR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Owning the People plan for the concerned Business units that includes design ( where applicable) and implementation of end to end HR processes (PD, Talent, compensation reviews, global mobility, Retention, colleague engagement initiatives) in collaboration with the respective Centre of Excellence teams
Your Role :
1. Ownership of the PD process for respective business unit including direct involvement in timely resolution for escalation related to PD discussions
2. Talent Review process
3. Ownership of the DC&G policy. Ensure all cases are investigated and reported per policy guidelines
4. Responsible for development and implementation of detailed group specific induction process, guidelines for new employees joining the business unit with individual involvement for induction of employees at Senior Management Levels
5. To act as an interface between the Corporate HR teams, Top Management & Operations Teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of processes, policies and initiatives.
6. Handle all queries, grievances and escalations from employees on the floor and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines. Identify opportunities for process improvements based on historic trends
7. Ownership of internal communication for respective business unit across stakeholder groups
8. Ensure no non-compliances for respective business unit related to periodic audits for BIA, ISO and SOX compliance.
9. Ownership for accuracy and timeliness of daily, weekly and monthly MIS for respective stakeholders, Responsible for publishing
10. Your view results to relevant stakeholders. Ownership for action planning and implementation of appropriate interventions.
11. Ownership of employee attrition reporting and retention initiatives for respective business units, Conceptualization, development and execution of special projects for respective business unit or across BSS.
12. Ownership of the IJP process including timelines and selection process within business
