My client is one of the leading financial services firms in India. They are known for their meritocracy, excellent work culture and an employee-friendly environment. As a part of their growth trajectory in India, they are currently looking for an AVP Corporate HRBP based in Gurgaon

Description :

Reporting into the VP HR - Corporate businesses as an individual contributor, your responsibilities would include:

- Defining and implementing HR strategies specifically with respect to key corporate business and people issues within these businesses

- Ensuring the highest levels of engagement for all BU's

- Striving towards continuous improvement in all HR policies and process with a benchmark to industry best practices

- Designing, formulating and enforcing new HR policies and improving the existing policies to match the industry Best Practices

- Driving HRBP metrics strongly within the region and acting as a key strategic partner with the senior stakeholders

- Working on strong analytics to ensure better productivity within the businesses

- Design and advise on best practices for better growth and ROI generated from businesses

- Partner closely with the business heads on the day to day needs of the business

Profile :

A successful candidate will be:

- Comes with 13-16 years of specialist experience in handling Corporate HRBP role from across any industries (strong preference for Core HR from a Consulting set up)

- Candidate must have a tremendous number orientation and should have worked with CXO level stakeholders

- Should come with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Robust knowledge of handling HR in Corporate set up is a must-have

- Knowledge about hire to retire HR, HR transformation, HR change management with strong engagement processes

- Highly energetic, proactive and aggressive

- Should be able to drive projects to closure

- Candidates coming from Financial Services or Core HR from Consulting industry would be highly preferred
