HRBP "Talent Acquisition"
- Partner with senior business stakeholders for understanding business short term and long-term requirements and creating a roadmap for HR Interventions, so that business requirements are being achieved.
- Managing end to end lifecycle processes incl. onboarding, Structured Connects, performance appraisals, R&Rs, Exits, retention, employee grievances and queries
- Conduct structured employee connects through FGDs and One on One connects
- Strong process compliance on Onboarding, Feedback mechanism and Exit/Grievance handling
- Conduct townhalls, employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition, employee surveys and connects
- Responsible for evangelizing the company policies & practices to ensure understanding across levels and departments.
- Conceptualize and implement various HR projects from time to time
- Provide MIS support to provide data inputs on attrition, employee feedback, exits etc.
- Experience in Core Finance Talent Acquisition HRBP & Talent Management
- Experience with MNC Bank or Financial Service Industry
- Experience in Financial Hiring with IT and NON IT with Financial Service Industry & Banking Industry.
- Recruiter, Consultant, PMS, Team management Leadership Hiring, Lateral Hiring Investment Banking, Consulting, Risk &Compliance.
- Managing Budgeting, End to End Life cycle of candidates.
Expertise in anticipating & critically examining HR needs at various levels in a matrix structure, formulating new policies & implementing them within the organization by considering business objectives.
Acknowledged for providing considerable support to Head of Talent Development and Talent Management in driving projects like Talent Review & Talent Pool.
maintaining effective employee relations with staff across all hierarchical levels in the organization on day-to-day matters through role enrichments, feedback sessions & disciplinary proceedings
