Employee Onboarding :
- Facilitate smooth Employee on-boarding process and ensure new employee familiarizes with the Organization Vision, Mission, Values and C.A.R.E., Principles, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding processes effectively including joining formalities and new employee induction.
Talent Management :
- Building a culture of meritocracy
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people productivity enhancement.
- Facilitate Performance development activities like goal setting, Appraisal and Performance feedback
Talent Retention :
- Manage key Processes and people. Drive key talent retention & development efforts
- Prepare MIS to support detailed analysis and appropriate decision-making.
Employee Relations & Advocacy :
- Building effective and trusted relationship with employees
- Periodically visit branches and meet employee to understand challenges & resolve the same
Employee Engagement :
- Driving employee engagement, employee welfare, employee communication and related activities for West zone
- Ensuring adoption and implementation of new work ways and initiatives
