Its analytical solution portfolio covers entire span of employee life cycle through offerings defined as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Workforce Engagement and Retention and Employee services.

The team in Talent & HR analytics provides analytical solutions like :

- Employer value proposition,

- Talent demand forecast and workforce planning,

- High performer profiling,

- Hew hire prediction,

- Talent development needs segmentation,

- Employee engagement,

- Attrition analytics etc.

- Proficient in various statistical and machine learning techniques like forecasting, segmentation using different types of data, prediction modeling, structural equation modelling, random forest, SVM using Python, R, etc.

The team is a blend of domain experts, consultants, data scientists and programmers who are engaged with clients to solve HR business problems and are developing assets through innovation.

Responsibilities/Authorities/Main accountabilities:

1. As a member of core Talent & HR Team be the trusted advisor to internal and external clients

2. Act as a Consultant to clients - understand problems/ issues, finalize objectives, scope, and approach to solve

3. Drive delivery excellence by guiding the team on approach for data understanding and modelling techniques

4. Ensure insight driven Talent and HR problem solutioning and drive business outcome indicators

5. Lead multiple client engagements to grow a portfolio of accounts aligning to Talent & HR goals and

objectives

6. Drive delivery excellence, innovation agenda and next generation analytics to cross-sell and up-sell Talent & HR analytics solution portfolio

7. Lead and groom a pool of domain, statistical and programmer analysts and responsible for people metrics

8. Proven leader with an ability to resolve conflicts

9. Strong attention to detail and establishes strong quality measures

Define and prioritize potential initiatives to address talent and capability gaps

Need to Have:

- Solid experience in delivery of analytics services, including - client stakeholder management, technical aspects of analytics delivery (data ingestion, processing, modelling, insights), team management (coaching, mentoring), project/program management

- Background & Expertise in data science, data mining, statistics/econometrics modeling, Predictive analytics

- Knowledge of BI & reporting, Visualization tools like Tableau/ Power BI preferred

- Ability to leverage data science capabilities to solve business and process related problems and challenges

- Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving skills, clarity of thought and expression, consultative approach

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to own delivery outcomes and operate independently with minimal operational supervision, has driver mentality, and brings high energy to team
