Assistant Vice President/Head - Static Reference Data/Quality Management

Our Client is a leading financial institution hiring for AVP- Static and Reference Data Quality Management for capital market products

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Manage a team of professional into reference data management quality and pricing instruments

- Serve as a point of contact for escalations and manage productivity.

- Set up objectives for the team and monitor performance.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders and teams and assist them with relevant data.

- Support IT teams to run any enhancement/development projects within the team

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Any graduate/post-graduate

- 10+ years of relevant experience in reference data management and pricing for capital markets, investment banking or financial institution.

- Strong knowledge of financial products such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured product, swaps, etc.

- Strong experience in change management/project management and lean methodologies.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to define and apply a logical approach to issue resolution

- Ambitious, hardworking who can work on own initiative and deliver on time whilst also being a good teammate.

- High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
