Role description : Build Retail DNA : - Build &amp; cascade retail DNA across front-line staff and design team, keeping in mind the firm's brand &amp; product offerings, but also questioning status quo - Develop &amp; execute retail strategy - where (locations), what (formats), how (GTM) Launch New Experience Centres &amp; Enhance Existing Ones - High Priority - Launch new experience centres, once the Business &amp; Growth teams have finalized space (you will be an important stakeholder in this decision too) - Continuously enhance existing experience centers, keeping in mind multiple factors - merchandising needs, budgets, relationship with franchisees, timelines and design consistency - Work with the Product catalog and Purchase team to forge meaningful partnerships which can help enhance the customer experience and/or increase average revenue per customer Retail Processes - High Priority : - Develop and implement retail SOPs across all interaction-platforms - experience centers, sites, mobile showrooms, mock flats People Development : - Train shop-floor staff - showroom managers, sales managers, designers, interns, all employees/partners who play a role in customer touch points - Build a TTT module so that we are not dependent on individuals to cascade training
