Head/AVP Compliance - Gurgaon, leading MNC organization   Qualifications : MBA/MSW with 10 to 15 yrs Experience  Skill : Has over responsibility and accountability for ensuring all HR compliance & IR/ Labor/ liaising with government body  Job Summary :   Lead and oversee maintenance of strong industrial and employee relations for organization stability, by :  - Managing compliance of a large workforce related to compliance across locations  - Applying deep understanding of prevailing labour laws, statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and establish appropriate risk mitigation mechanism  - Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders involved - workers committee, employees, Govt. and other statutory authorities  - Providing continuous support to business on all compliance related matter and reporting timely to Sr.VP-HR (MSS) with HUB wise score and ensuring all client audits are attended by different HUBs and Branches across India, liasioning with pricing team for complete exchange of knowledge sharing and ensuring client audit score improvements mon on month and helping in retention of business  Area of Responsibility :  Ensuring that all the HUBs and Branches are maintaining following :  - Maintaining & preparing records & registers as per CLRA Act & BOCW Act., Bonus Act, Gratuity Act., Materianity Act., International Workers Act., Workmen Compensation Act., Minimum Wages Act, PF Act., ESIC Act, Employment Exchange Act., ISMW Act. etc   - Responsible for any Accident occur at site. For accidental reimbursement coordination with Insurance Company for WC / ESIC, as applicable.  Handling Forms - From:5,Form:10,Form;12(a)Form:2,Form:1,Form:13,Form:10-, Form:19,Form:10(D), Form:37, Form:31,Form:11, Form:T, Form:A,Form:U,Form:D,ER-1 & ER-II, Form:3(A), Form:6 (A),Form:C, Form:D etc...  Handling forms related to CLRA Act - Form:1, Form:2, Form:4,Form:5, Form:6,Form:7, Form:12, Form:13, Form:16, Form:17, Form:18, Form:20, Form:21, Form:22, Form:23, Form:24&Form:25 etc...  - All the other relevant acts. Time to time guidance to all the HUBs and corporate on changes in labour laws and implementation of the same.  - Building capability of HUBs and Branch HR  Liaison & Coordination (Branch HR Leads; Union SPOC & Labour Officials) :  - Liasioning with government authorities from department of PF, ESI, Labour etc   - Maintaining amicable relationship between Union and Management  - A negotiation with the unions (for Wage Agreements/Incentive etc.) as & when required & proceeds on the terms after discussions and approval.  - Follow up of Labour turnover, absenteeism, departmental morale, employee grievances.  - Assisting Manager for handling Absenteeism and issuing Warning Letters, Assisting in Disciplinary actions, Follow up with Internal Staff, Home visits, Employee counseling, Correspondence with employee.  - Coordination with Branch HR personnel to provide back-up on applying / renewing / amending labor licenses.  - Ensure internal checklist is received from all HUBs, consolidated reports has been sent to Sr.VP-HR (MSS) timely basis with score for each HUB before the Trade Review  Discipline and Governance :   - Ensure compliance with all Labor Laws, liaising with statutory and civil authorities from time to time  - Ensure timely fulfilment of statutory compliances under various acts i.e. ESI, PF, Shops and Establishment act, Payment of Bonus act, Payment of Gratuity act, Minimum wages act and Payment of wages act  - In case of escalations and exceptions, Facilitate and ensure adherence to the grievance handling process with the view of ensuring industrial harmony and positive discipline  - Independently handling the disciplinary process such as framing and issue of charge sheets, Show Cause Notices, Explanations, suspension and terminations through domestic enquiries  - Monitoring statutory compliance & liaising with external agencies /Govt. authorities & offices  Health &Safety :   - Ensure observance to highest standards of Organizations Health &Safety norms, particularly for direct staff  - Identify and appropriately raise any Health and Safety issue to the H&S Head
