Selection criteria is based on the following : 1) 10+ years of overall Sales + Marketing background 2) last 6+ years as Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager role 3) Tier 1 Institute + Engineering Graduate 4) Prior experience working in FMCG major - HUL/RB/P&G/J&J/Marico/Britania/Pepsico etc 5) FMCG + Startup Experience mandatory KRA : 1) Integrate brand positioning and customer proposition in all communication and customer journey 2) Campaigns to increase customer base in every part of the marketing funnel 3) Research - Consumer Insights 4) New Product Development 5) Social Media and PR KPI : 1) Drive Growth by execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative agencies 2) ROI of campaign - optimized media selection and budgets to achieve growth 3) Understanding of consumer insights to drive positioning, new products and increased customer acquisition in specific segments 4) Brand Awareness, Consideration, TOM. Attitudes and Barriers 5) Drive additional revenue via new product launches 6) Overall share of voice of brand, social media engagement and followers, Cafe design, customer journey mapping and verbiage, creatives for in-store campaigns Key Competencies : 1) Execution - Should be detail oriented to drive effective execution of all initiatives 2) Design Sense - Good design sense and understanding of working with creatives/agencies 3) Sales Focus -Should have done sales before 4) Data Oriented- Left Brain + Right Brain 5) Customer Focus
