Assistant Vice President - Global Information Security - BFS

Job Description-

- Individual will be part of GIS team. He/She will be responsible for managing security operations (includes vulnerability scanning, threat management, security assessment, patch management, event-log management)

Responsibilities-

- Senior leader will be responsible for the delivery of Information Security function at Global Center of Delivery (India). This organization will be responsible Insider Threat Management, Primary Detect and Respond, provision user access request, application assessment, vendor assessment and leverage Secondary function operating in a follow-the-sun 7x24 model.

- Manage risk routines; provide QA / QC deliverables as part of our risk management processes, measuring success through metrics (SLAs) and client satisfaction, and work effectively with regional and global leaders to ensure business requirements.

- Lead the Security operations, Activities include vulnerability scanning, threat management, security assessment, patch management, event-log management

- Implementing & managing security tools like IPS, Data leakage prevention tools, Tivoli Security compliance manager, Websense, Antivirus etc.

- Analysis of security risk, risk mitigation plan and escalation to management

- Work in an agile environment and address 24/7 business issues/escalation

- Perform security risk assessments (Threat modeling) and presenting mitigation recommendations to Business

- Operational excellence through continuous improvements, breakthrough innovations and Six Sigma based measurement techniques

Requirements-

- Education - Graduate/Post Graduate in IT or Engineering

- Certifications If Any - CISSP, CISA - Other certifications like CEH, CHFI, CCNA, ITIL

- Experience Range - 14+ years (team management in direct reporting relationships)

- Mandatory skills - Excellent understanding of Information Security and system security

Work Timings - 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm
