Multi-location opportunity with a reputed captive set-up for HRBP role.
Responsibilities:
a. Responsible for strategic HRBP for the assigned business/ function.
b. Ability to identify business/function needs and provide strategic HR solutions that are aligned to the business plan.
c. Active participation in the client meetings from people management perspective.
e. Responsible for managing employee life cycle and engagement.
f. Design and implement various interventions and learning programs.
g. Understand the market and provide insights on business.
Prefer Candidate:
a. Should have experience of 8-14 years preferable from similar industry.
b. Open for flexible working hours.
c. Should have been HRBP and managed HR Transformation/change management projects.
