Assistant Vice President - FX Confirmation Operations - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Looking out candidates from premium institute and Understanding of Investment Banking, Derivatives :

Responsibilities :

- The candidate needs to have a strong FX domain knowledge with adequate settlements processes.

- Proven analytical skills including data reconciliation and interpretation.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to notice minor discrepancies / issues

- Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders globally

- Drives operations excellence by suggesting and implementing process improvements.

- Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per procedures,

- Ability to manage/lead the project /initiative across global teams by using the project management, influencing and negotiation skills.

- Excellent organizational skills are required with the ability to prioritize daily workload, work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

- Responsible for clearing of items on the daily exception reports, clearly escalate the exceptions /issues to local and onshore management teams.

- Ability to manage, understands /operational risk.

- Education- - B.Com / MBA (Finance)

- Experience Range- Minimum 3-5 years of FX confirmations and settlements experience, 12 to 15 years of total experience in the investment banking or financial services and those who are flexible for shift timings.
