Assistant Vice President - Fund Raising Strategy

Key Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize, shape and implement a comprehensive and purpose-driven fund-raising strategy through regular giving/ legacy programs targeted towards Alumni

- Build long-term strategic relationships with Alumni networks through continuous and purposeful engagements and leveraging all possible opportunities to encourage contributions

- Conceptualize Alumni events and communication themes to capture the interest and increase the engagements levels of alumni across segments

- Create communication channels for soliciting feedback from the alumni to identify the needs of different Alumni segments and create programs to cater to their needs.

- Create new innovative and relevant programs especially for passing out batches to instill long-lasting sense of purpose and alliance with the institute.

- Identify areas where the alumni can contribute time and resources for the development of the institute and convey the same to them.

- Engage deeply with key stakeholders in the system to ensure support and collaboration towards the cause and the desired outcomes

- Fully understand the strategic priorities, ongoing research focus and co-create new, long-term avenues for donors

- Strive to exceed the set targets for fund-raising annually with the help of the team
