Assistant Vice President - Franchisees Training - BFSI

We are looking for AVP training to manage and enable the franchisee partners in BFSI Sales environment.

Education: MBA Must

Someone with exposure to similar domain is preferred.

- Aligning with the business and identifying training needs across the Franchisee & Designing and executing training road map for Sales & Advisors

- Developing standardized training modules for 1000+ Franchisees

- Designing and conducting Product, Processes
