Title: Assistant Vice President

Role Summary :

- The role requires extensive understanding of Global Banking & Markets business, excellent process and control acumen, alongside evidence of ability to influence cross-functional / divisional stakeholders.

- Proven delivery experience in the Global Foreign Exchange/Markets Operations Change space is an expectation.

- Change skills (Business Analyst/ Project Management), requirements gathering & design skills are essential as is business knowledge of Market Operations.

- A proven track record of having delivered Change in cross-organizational/geography business or technology change in Operations.

- The individual would be eventually expected to lead or play major roles in global Change Engagements or technology related projects for Global FX.

Operational Summary :

- Clean go lives of new processes & systems enhancements, in addition to control benefits.

- Generation of improved process efficiency and sustainable cost savings and reduced line FTE from automation.

- Drive implementation of best practice standards across the change lifecycle.

- Ability to define appropriate solutions or change initiatives to drive through efficiency improvements or strengthening of cost base.

Candidate Summary :

- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills and the knack to interface with stakeholders across the spectrum.

- Planning, time management & resource management skills.

- Strong Change management and business re-engineering knowledge.
