Assistant Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFS

- 10+ years of relevant full-time work experience, with ideally at least 6+ years in a Finance or Planning & Analysis function

- In-depth expertise in at least one of the team's key content areas. Retail banking planning and analysis is particularly helpful. Other areas of expertise could be in loan or deposit pricing, capital, liquidity, interest rate risk management, or corporate finance

- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. Familiarity with Hyperion Essbase, Dodeca, Tableau, Alteryx highly preferred. SQL or Python experience is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to pick up complex concepts quickly, analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), and work well in cross-functional teams

- Quantitatively focused undergraduate or graduate degree (e.g., finance, economics, mathematics, engineering) or other demonstrated quantitative and analytical ability

- Working knowledge of retail banking and products

- Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen intellectual curiosity
