- A seasoned professional with hands-on banking experience in areas such as Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis, MI Reporting, Variance Analysis, Change Management, Closing & Reporting, People Management and stakeholder management.   - A Banking domain expert with Strong Negotiation and Influencing Skills required to Scope Onshore activities and lead transition teams to migrate roles/activities in accordance with the governed framework. This role would require certain amount of overseas travelling.  Key Responsibilities :   - Finance Business Partnering with focus on scoping onshore activities, leading transitioning teams, improving processes and integrating the same into BAU.   - Leading a team of senior professionals in GFS with strong commitment towards process improvement, driving efficiency and resolving core business issues.  - Discuss with very senior stakeholders on understanding the roles and activities performed in their respective geographies; convincingly showcasing the existing capabilities of the offshore/BAU teams.  - Understand and Review various financial processes done by business finance teams, end to end experience on - Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting, Management reporting, Financial Analysis, Variance Analysis, Headcount reporting, Efficiency tracking, Accounting & Closing and other FP&A activities.  - Excellent understanding on bank's businesses to support the scoping of the Onshore activities as per the framework, working in close coordination with Standard Reporting, and Planning & Control, Accounting Teams.  - Understanding P&L, B&S and Risk metrics well to interpret various MI on performance of Businesses/ Functions to partner important decisions.   - Exceptional Stakeholder management and escalation handling for the teams.   - Providing guidance and mentoring team members to ensure the Business knowledge is passed on effectively before and during migration ensuring successful integration into the BAU teams.  - Continually reviewing all processes migrated in order to identify opportunities for quality and process design improvement.  - Understand the data flow and various IT systems used in the organization and partner with Change Management team.  - Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all times.  - Compliance with all applicable Rules/ Regulations and Company and Group Policies.  - Should be willing to work out of any GFS location; role may require overseas travelling as per the requirement  - Strong Banking Domain Knowledge primarily on the Corporate and Institutional Banking.  - Strong Understanding of banking products and segments.  - Strong Influencing and Negotiation skills apt to have meaningful discussions with senior stakeholders  - Experience of having led large teams including senior & experienced professionals.   - Has experience in the field of Financial Planning & Analysis, Variance Analysis, MI Reporting, Closing & Reporting activities.  - Ability to understand key business drivers & the application of those to the relevant Performance management reporting processes.  - Strong capability to understand financial statements and the drivers thereof in order to synthesize them into meaningful analysis as required.   - A leader, a team player with the management ability and track record to secure the confidence and respect of the peers, stakeholders and the executive management team.   - Ability to culturally orient in diverse & international team environment and lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams.   - Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi task, lead from the front, influence where he/she does not have direct authority & build on unstructured formative situations.  Qualifications/Skills :   - CA/CWA/CS/CIMA/CPA or MBA with 12+ years of predominantly sales FP&A experience in Bank.  - Effective communication skills, including presenting and influencing senior management.   - Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills  - Excellent written and oral communication skills.  - Effective people and strong project management skills.  - Leadership skills and ability to influence & negotiate with others in decision making.  - Relationship and stakeholder management skills are important.  - Initiative and proactive thinking.
