Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: - Participation in the design, development, delivery of best-in-class Financial Crimes programs, policies and practices for the Global Finance Crimes Division - Responsibility for project plans, charter, stakeholder management, risk & issues log, communication plans and governance structures - Identification of project resourcing requirements - Identification of project challenges and the develop of innovative solutions - Coordination with global cross function teams to identify, prioritize and facilitate execution of potential enhancements - Creation of reports, presentation material and communications for Senior Stakeholders and Committee Meetings - Drive program enhancements to meet objectives within agreed milestones - To keep abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations and internal policy changes in order to further identify new key risk areas; and - Adherence to all company policies and guidelines.
