Only looking from Big4 or VC Firms

- Financial management and reporting

- Set up the financial management system for the Fund Management companies, including tax planning and legal structures.

- Build an investment fund performance review system for the Fund Companies

- Advise the Managing Partner on investment performance reviews

- Work with external vendors providing accounting and tax services

- Management reporting/ Investor reporting

- Develop long-term business plans and strategic inputs based on these reports

- Perform budgeting, forecasting and working on capital call matters for the business

- Work on management reporting

- Investor reporting on financial and non-financial metrics and fund performance

- Financial operations

- Build up the operating policies and procedures

- Work with external providers in improving the efficiency of the accounting process

- Corporate secretarial support

- Liaise with external corporate secretary for resolutions, filing Due Diligence/M&A role

- Be involved in some of the due diligence work relating to the investment activities/ transactions

Qualifications :

- CA with a finance/accountancy degree from a good university. Has around 6 to 12 accounting experience.

- Candidates who are keen on covering dual functions including accounting/finance and some M&A/ due diligence work will be considered

- Meticulous with strong problem solving skills

- Has excellent people skills and is strong on stakeholder management skills.

- Professional, people oriented with strong communication skills Positive, collaborative and keen to learn.

- Possess a track record of excellence and willing to be hands on Able to assume a broad role with the ability to priorities.
