Responsible for timely monthly & quarterly book closures to enable preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet as per Clause 41 of listing agreement.

- Ensuring adherence to Policy matters, authorizations, reasonability & also ensuring the correctness of cost sharing as per SLA/SLO & meeting client service expectation.

Budgeting: Lead annual budgeting process, monthly revenue forecasting, Evaluate strategic options, Develop & implement methods of financial analysis, liaison with the business in coordinating action and resolution for issues that are impacting financials.

Participating in company-wide business reviews & strategic planning processes.

- Preparation of Financial Plan and Risk Analysis & Monitoring the Capital and Revenue expenditure/decisions.

- MIS: Reporting Monthly MIS to the Management & Investor with variances & reasons.

- Supporting Top Team of Management for keeping abreast with all the verticals by collecting data, analyzing, interpreting for leveraging better performance & improving business results.

Create dashboard to monitor KPIs performance and improvements by way of comparing with Industry Benchmarks.

- Audit: Completion of internal audit, Limited review audit, management audit, statutory audits & tax audit in a timely manner & with no/minimum adverse observations.

Responsible for ensuring that actions points arising out of the audit are being completed.

- Tax Matters: Computation, Payments & Filing of returns in a timely manner with respect to Income tax, TDS, Service Tax, VAT.

- Ensuring timely assessments for all entities with requisite filings for assessments & appeals.

Other Matters:

Coordination with Bankers for ensuring availability of funds for working capital, Capex Funding, Arranging Bank Guarantees etc.

- Responsible for Managing Treasury for getting company rating from CRISIL year on year.

- Bring control mind-set within the team to adhere to internal controls, Management Control Review Process (MCRP).

People Management: Managing efficiency and productivity of team members on a day-to-day.

- Managing performance of team members from setting goals to assessing performance against goals to providing performance feedback.

- Coaching and mentoring team members for professional development, and recommending training requirements to address perceived gaps
