- Have the ability to communicate with and explain financial concepts to business

- Financial reporting and understanding of accounting of transactions

- Continuously improve the budgeting and monthly reporting processes; contribute to the improvement of other finance processes

- Produce and review the monthly management accounts, including detailed variance reporting

- Drive accurate reporting and accounting in accordance with regional requirements and accounting standards

- Managing, reporting and analysing client wise profitability

- Driving ways to ensure working capital efficiencies

- Analyse and focus on intercompany accounting, reconciliations and closure of issues

- Able to provide support to business in terms of cost effectiveness and analyse costs in details
