About the Company: Our client is mid-sized global IT service MNC.
Job purpose:
This will a be leadership role in the finance function of the company and will be part of the core finance leadership team. This role has the potential to grow horizontally into any leadership position in Finance. Key & immediate job purpose will be to look at post-merger Integration of newly acquired entities, harmonization of Accounting policies, procedures, controls, SOP, Accounting standards, data migration and Group Accounting set up.
Job responsibilities:
- Catalyse the M&A process & finance function integration.
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to the executive leadership team.
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
- Advice and carry out all the required regulatory approvals to complete the merger/acquisition.
Skills Required:
- Chartered Accountant with min 15+years of extensive experience in diverse field of Mergers & Acquisitions integration, Financial Planning & Strategy, Budgeting, Restructuring, MIS and Accounting.
- Team player, Organized, self starter.
- Highly analytical mind with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills needed to counsel and work effectively with senior leaders and executives.
