Assistant Vice President - Finance - IT Firm - CA

- As an AVP Finance you will responsible for accounting, AR/AP, GL, working Capital management, Banking, Financial Consolidation, auditing & MIS, FEMA / RBI / SEZ / STPI compliance and support CFO by providing correct and prompt information needed for key decision making.

It is a leading digital solutions provider for the banking and financial sector and has a clientele that spans to more than 50 countries across the globe. It is certified ISO 9001, ISO 27001 organisation and is assessed at CMMI Level 5 v1.3.

Description :

As an AVP Finance based out of the Mumbai City office, your responsibilities will include :

- Accounting, AR/AP, GL, working Capital management, Banking, Financial Consolidation, auditing & MIS, FEMA / RBI / SEZ / STPI compliance.

- Able to manage and consolidate accounts and financial of around 10 subsidiaries based outside of India.

- Support changed business requirements as per the industry by adjusting financial structure and processes.

- Ensure that the quarterly and annual audited financial statements comply with IGAAP and auditing standards.

- To develop a high performance culture within the team.

Profile :

A successful AVP Finance based out of the Mumbai City office should be a Chartered Accountant who possess an experience of 10-15 years which should include at least 5 years in the IT Software domain(must). He should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well.
