Assistant Vice President - Finance & Accounts - Mfg

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- MIS development

- Cash Flow Planning

- Identifying gaps and building robust processes

- Leading the budgeting effort

- Review of Financial Statements, leading the audit process

- Managing relationships with Banks (negotiating credit limits, rate of interest, transaction costs etc)

- Reviewing day to day compliances

- Leading and managing a team, visibility and updates on the progress of the projects

Qualification:

- 7-10 years of post qualification experience, with 80% of that experience being in the industry.

- Experience of having worked in PE backed company would be preferred though not mandatory

- Should be the number 2/3 in the Finance department in the company where he/she works

- Working knowledge of an ERP system will be preferred
