Assistant Vice President - Finance & Accounts - Hospitality

AVP Accounts and Finance - Start up Noida/ Bangalore

- Manage the accounting, Payroll, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments.

- Manage finance, budgeting & forecasting, compliances, and financial analysis & planning along with ensuring smooth day to day operations.

- Work with top management on future planning of budgets, areas of growth and investments needed for strategic initiatives.

- Ensure management has up to the minute information on the health of the company

- Oversee the financial operations of Indian/Foreign Holding/Subsidiary

- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for investment

- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements

- Own up and close audit- Statutory and Internal.

- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

Skills Required :

- Qualified CA with 8 to 12 years post qualification experience in independently managing end-to-end Finance operations of a funded company.

- Experience in leading the fundraising process end to end or working closely on that.

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
