Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Drive the preparation of AUM & Loan book movement and ECL on a monthly basis.
- Provide detailed commentary on MoM movements on income & expenses.
- Drive the monthly forecasting exercise.
- Review of branch, cost centre & product profitability
- Implementation of all regulatory compliances
- Ensure effective internal financial controls (IFC) are in place
- Review of financial disclosures
- Closely liaise with business teams on commercial contracts and matters related to P&L
- Standardize and automate financial processes in line with the business requirements
- Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts
- Ensure accuracy and timeline of financial and management reporting data
- Analyze costs across the organization and provide relevant inputs
- Lead a team of financial professionals toward achievement of present goals.
Qualification & Experience:
- Candidate should be a CA having 5 years of experience in an NBFC/Bank with relevant experience.
