Our client is one of the leading global bank headquartered in Mumbai.

Job Profile :

- Manage executive research and sourcing by identifying the right talent at the Director & MD level largely for Hong Kong and Singapore.

- Research and summarise high quality market reports to provide insights on the competitor organisation structure, trends in the market, key talent in the market.

- Build and maintain accurate market and target candidate information in the company's CRM system.

Candidate Profile :

- 7+ years of research & mapping experience preferably in an executive search industry.

- Excellent communication skills written & verbal.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

- Good presentation & data management skills.
