Team handling 2. Ensuring that all operational activities related to KRA KYC registration are done to avoid customer escalation and compliance related issues 3. Periodic reconciliations to be performed on time 4. Preparation of MIS and highlighting the same to respective team's / stake holders and seniors 5. Processing of vendor invoices pertaining to KRA and related activity 6. Timely actioning on activities pertaining to SEBI 7. Carrying out UAT for system development. 8. Handling calls which are received from Sales team, regional Ops team 9. Co-ordination with CPC accounts opening team, customer service team, other Ops teams for various projects. 10. Identifying the gaps between the processes and tightening the same 11. Suggesting various Ideas for process improvement. 12. Scrutiny of applications pertaining to wealth products viz. Structure Product, PMS, Private Equity etc. 13. Handling escalations raised by customers within the TAT 14. Resolving queries through E-mails, 15. Query resolution system within the TAT 16. MIS preparation on ad hoc basis Skill Requirements 1) Good Knowledge of KRA KYC registration process and documentation 2 Good at data handling and MIS preparation 3) Good communication skills both verbal and written (English) 4) Good analytical skills 5) Excellent computer skills and excellent in MS Office specially excel.
