- Supporting Marketing teams in maximizing ROI of digital marketing across various online channels, - Support Organisation brands in designing, planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across mobile, email and social media - Develop strategies to utilize Digital marketing techniques as social media, e-mail/ Messaging,, Web/ Mobile, IoT, Video Analytics - Analyze and report on web traffic, analytics, and engagement support Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/ Search Engine Management (SEM) to improve general discovery of content by target customers. - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights from campaigns and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Utilize analytical capabilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across channels and touch points, both online and offline - Assess performance of loyalty programs and support businesses/ brands in their transformation journey - Develop, Socialize and implement new and creative performance marketing strategies leveraging advanced Analytics - Collaborate with brand marketing teams, agencies and digital media channels to optimize terms of trade and synergies across MFL for digital marketing spend - Evaluate emerging technologies in loyalty management and digital marketing.
