Roles & Responsibilities: Looking for AVP Digital Marketing with minimum 7 years of total experience into technology.

Job Summary:

SEO:

- Content marketing depending upon the SEO strategy planned

- Deciding content and publishing blog for the same

Social Media:

- Checking all social media pages

- Monitoring daily posts, updates, videos, interviews etc

- Posting regular posts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram.

- Monitoring and managing paid campaigns

- Strategising content and publishing the same

- Resolving queries related to on-going and planned promotional activities through digital media

- Coordinating with other departments as and when required

Digital Marketing:-

- Understanding the product and strategizing steps to generate leads.

- Promoting the product in the most interest based group.

- Understanding and analyzing the potential clients and target groups

- Usage of most appropriate channels for promotion

- Exploring channels through search, display, social media etc

- Formulating execution of strategy on target groups

- Product promotion through engagement with customers and lead generation

- Content management of website, blogs

- Site structuring and Updation of content for text, images etc on the website

- Promoting campaigns through videos and creative ads.

- Analyzing the responses and reach created for on-going promotions

- Planning and implementing various paid advertisements

- Monitoring the traffic on social platforms

 Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications: 

Experience and Qualification -

- B.E/MS in Computer Science / IT or equivalent

- IITian, IIM, FMS preferred

- Min. 7 years of relevant experience

Skills -

- Articulates a clear technology vision that is inspiring and aligned with business needs and Experienced in articulating the business goals and cascading them down the organization appropriately so that every person in the organization is appropriately stretched to achieve outcomes.

- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering leadership capacity and experience across variety of technology stacks (from conception to Go-Live).

- Strong experience in Digital Consumer & Enterprise grade products

- Excellent and robust understanding of scalable product system architecture(s), platforms and core technologies

- Strong experience in RDBMS & preferably worked with both NOSQL & SQL as well and worked across multiple platforms (front-end, middleware, back end)

- Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills to pursue correct engineering process in adverse conditions. Ability to embrace and demonstrate leadership beyond ownership

- Ability to work efficiently in an entrepreneurial and in a startup environment
