Assistant Vice President - Digital IT - NBFC

AVP - IT Digital in a leading NBFC

Major Deliverable :

Digital Technology :

- Understanding of Digital Technology as applicable to Financial Services. This should include a sound knowledge of both existing as well as emerging technologies (e-KYC, Blockchain, SEO/SEM, CMS, Data Management Platforms, CRM, Cloud, Social, Analytics, Web, Mobile, MADP, Enterprise Service Bus, Web Services & APls, REST, JSON, XML, BJog, Enterprise SociaJ Networks, etc.)

- Should be able to architect and design complex landscapes related to Digital and the Digital Marketing stack. Should understand all the building blocks related to a Digital Marketing technology stack.

- Architected, solutioned and successfully implemented at least two significant projects in the Digital space.

Domain Experience :

- Should understand the concepts of core systems as related to Financial Services - Loan Origination, Loan Management, Collections, and the satellite systems / helper systems around these core systems.

- Should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the BFSI domain managing & solutioning IT projects.

Specialized job competencies :

- Good control over English and Hindi. Should be able to speak the language fluently and also have good writing skills in English (grammar, etc.)

- Must be able to stand his/her own in discussions / debates where solutions are challenged.

Educational Qualification :

- Should be a graduate in Engineering (Computers / Electronics preferred) from a reputable institute with a minimum First Class and a clean academic record.

Desired Experience :

- Overall work experience should be at least 10 years, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the BFSI domain.
