Requirement -
- Need minimum 8+ experience in Presales solutioning for creating RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for Contact centre/BPO industry.
- Solutioning experience for Hi-tech clients/Silicon Valley clients.
Key responsibilities -
- Lead and inspire a team of presales solution architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their technical and presales skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end presales solutioning process for contact centre projects, including analysing client requirements, designing solutions, and presenting proposals.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and technical teams to develop and articulate compelling value propositions for clients.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of presales deliverables, including proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
