Job Duties and Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships, and network building with IPCs and corporate clients
- To identify new potential clients who are keen on retail expansion
- Recruit and grow marketing channels, and interact with them on a regular basis for market information and provide them details of Lodha Group's retail projects
- Develop, maintain and execute a follow-up calendar tracking the potential clients
- Trend Analysis and Market Research - Complete scan on retail formats, competition, existing and upcoming retail developments, regulatory framework, local laws and retail procedures
- Formulate and execute corporate retail leasing policy
Sales and Deal Closure
- Leasing of retail space in IT/ retail projects
- Strategizing and execution of transactions for the retail real estate vertical
- Co-ordinate with internal departments for driving leasing activities, legal and technical diligence etc.
- Convert Letter of Intent to Lease & License/ Sale Agreement, and close the Lease/ Sale deals within shortest possible time
- Manage the preparation of Client Proposals & responses to techno-retail RFPs
- To prepare status report on the deals those are under various stages of progress/negotiations right from signing of LOI to commencement of business
- To ensure that the average rentals are achieved as per the business plan
