AVP/DVP - Equity Capital Market

Responsibilities :

- Converting product and structuring ideas generates by ECM team into client presentations with attention to detail.

- Financial analysis (historical) and financial modelling/projections after understanding client's strategic and financial objectives.

- Data sourcing and analysis on ongoing equity capital market trends and creation and maintenance of an ECM deck on a weekly basis.

- Conducting valuation analyses including peer group comparable, precedent transactions and discounted cash flow analysis.

- Participate and conduct diligence from a business and financial perspective.

- Proficiency in database packages like Bloomberg and Reuters.

Requirements :

- Strong understanding of financial markets

- MBA/CA qualified.

- 6 - 9 years of experience in a large investment banking outfit

- Very strong relationship skills

- Strong analytical abilities

- Knowledge of industry and companies

- Exposure to banking preferable

- Strong understanding of on ongoing equity capital market trends and creation and maintenance of an ECM deck on a weekly basis.
