About the opportunity :

In your role you will :

- Work in a rapidly growing Debt Advisory team that advises local and global organisations in making strategic capital & financing decisions in debt structuring and debt capital raising, refinancing and debt restructures.

- Be exposed to the entire spectrum of debt solutions and structures

We are looking for people with the following experience:

- Experience in a similar role focusing on Deal Origination & Deal Structuring

- Strong relationships across SME/Mid-size corporates/emerging corporates

- An ability to understand a wide range of economic, business, industry and market dynamics

- Strong financial analysis skills, with existing financial modelling experience preferred

- Ability to analyse companies and their capital structures

- Tertiary or Post-Graduate Qualifications in Finance or related disciplines
