Assistant Vice President - Debt Capital Market - Banking

- To be responsible for supporting origination as well as independent execution of all Debt Capital Markets activities of the NBFC in a specified zone/region including initiation, sourcing, distribution and execution of syndicated financing transactions and thereby facilitating growth and expansion of the Infrastructure finance lending business

- The key aspect of the job involves managing relationships with the banking system investors and institutional players active in the Indian DCM space to support origination and drive execution of transactions that are larger than the credit appetite of Corporate Lending businesses thus leveraging on fee based opportunities to supplement the interest income earned by company.

- Should have excellent connects with NBFCs, HFCs and broker dealers, such as: Traditional large NBFC, HFC and broker dealers; New aged small NBFCs such as MFIs, Fintech NBFCs, etc.

- Transactions for eventual placement with external investors (Banks, NBFCs Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, etc)

- Worked with sales team and prospective investors for placement or is expected to independently pitch with potential investors across spectrum - MFs, NBFCs, etc.

- Having experience in implementing effective Business development initiatives for expanding relationships with FIs and Intermediaries for syndicating sell down as well as originating financing deals.
