Assistant Vice President - Data Management ( Diversity Hiring - Only Female candidates) Please find the JD : - Manage multiple Project deliveries for the Data Remediation Team within the DQ functions - Must possess complete working knowledge of project management life cycle - Ability to translate business requirement to feasible project executions - Effectively manage a small to medium sized team of professionals in support of data remediation projects. - Conduct regular performance discussions and manage appraisals as per J.P. Morgan defined processes. Skills Required : - Hands-on Data experience (e.g. manipulating data sets in excel, processing data- ) - Strong Data Analytical skills and quantitative aptitude - Prior experience of data modelling, relational databases, business intelligence tools(preferred) - Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills at all levels - Strong project documentation experience (Project Proposals, Project Management Plan, Standard Operating Procedures, Project Estimation, Resource Planning etc) - Self starter, able to work autonomously, with strong time management skills; efficient at multi-tasking and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on-time, to a high standard - Basic understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's products and services - Strong practical experience of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc - Strong communication skills and stakeholder management - People and Conflict Management - Excel macros and Automation (Preferred).
