- Responsible for developing credit appraisal guidelines and monitoring framework for consumer durable / PL.

- Develop credit appraisal guidelines using an analytical framework of different scoring models.

- Achieve homogeneity in credit decision by moving a majority of logins through Business rule engines.

- Design and formulate programs/policy changes to enhance growth and profitability of the consumer Durable / Personal loan portfolios.

- Implementation of robust credit process to improve credit quality and improve product profitability.

- Work with stakeholders in areas pertaining to product enhancement, policy changes, marketing offers, campaigns, pricing, process improvements etc.

- Work with product heads to reach untapped customer segments, strengthen product portfolio and help mitigate margin compression

- Develop comprehensive process flow for CD/PL business, Early warning triggers and portfolio management.

- Analysis of financial statements and performance review of the same and checking the rating of the individuals given by CIBIL & matching the same with alternate (non-traditional) database.

- Responsible for the compliance to procedures laid down for for processing, processing, sanction, documentation and disbursement of CD/PL portfolio.
