Assistant Vice President - Credit Policy - Credit Cards

- Development, implementation & framing of policies across various products

- Defining the risk appetite & board level policies for lending across various products

- Devising a matrix to monitor delegation and deviation on the policies

- Develop a robust RCSA and QC function to ensure policy compliance and minimize operational risk

- Closely monitor the Underwriting procedures & logic behind deriving the credit worthiness ensuring a seamless co-ordination and alignment with Operations, Fraud control & Authorizations team

- Benchmarking of the policy and portfolio with the competition and the market by referring & staying upbreast with the constantly changing customer segmentation

- Independently engage with key stakeholders to develop and influence business goals and strategies
