Assistant Vice President - Credit - Investment Banking Domain - Startup

We have a requirement for AVP Credit- Investment Banking with one of our Client A Startup Wealth & Investment Management Company !!

Position : AVP Credit - Investment Banking

Education : MBA/PGDM or CA

Location : Mumbai

Job Role :

- Prepare Information Memorandums, Financial Models, CMA data, Project Reports, Business Models etc

- Effectively engage with clients to understand business model & key drivers of growth and to assimilate data for preparation of Information Memorandum

- Assist in the appraisal process with bankers Co-ordinate with TEV consultants, Advocates, Lenders- Independent Engineer and all other concerned parties in the transaction life cycle.

- Assist in the entire gamut of post sanction activities such as Progress Report, Documentation, Security Creation, LIE report, CA certification, disbursement mechanism etc.

- Superior capabilities in Excel, Word and operating level skill of Powerpoint - ability to create complex financial models and Superior research capabilities i.e. gathering and filtering of relevant information from the internet, newspapers, magazines, research reports and other sources.

- Able to manage the relationships with the lenders in private & public sector banks, NBFC etc upto DGM or AVP levels.

- Willingness to travel across India & Overseas.

- Good written and oral communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and team player.

- Willingness to work in a chaotic, entrepreneurial environment Keen to take on additional responsibilities and indulge in areas outside comfort zone.
