Key Accountability
- Responsible for managing a team of Relationship managers.
- Responsible for Top line financial targets as well as bottom line profitability for the accounts.
- Would be responsible for retention of Brokers, corporate clients, SME accounts as well as acquisition of new brokers, corporate clients, and SME accounts.
- Should have good technical knowledge about general insurance products, claims process, coordination with operations, finance and underwriting team.
- Responsible for build an excellent rapport with external as well as internal customer.
- Will be responsible for develop a strategy to develop Broking business in this region and present plan to grow this channel profitably.
