Assistant Vice President - Corporate Banking/Wholesale Banking

- Drafting Credit Assessment Note, Industry Report, Financial Models along with CMA preparation

- Managing a portfolio of existing corporate clients and advising them on funding strategies.

- Structuring with client & Partners, term-sheet finalization, regulatory & legal parameters, portfolio health and monitoring

- Deep dive analysis on structured finance and capital market transaction. Handling credit queries and ensuring to close assessment within stipulated timelines

- Working together with Credit & Risk Term, Legal Team, Ops team to close the transaction from start to end

- Managing the Portfolio and regularly engaging with the client for the recent development in the markets.

- Evaluating credit/risk profile of companies and structuring suitable financial solutions for them including structured finance, project finance, off-balance sheet finance, acquisition financing etc.

- Cross-selling products of the NBFC including - Debt capital market solutions, Syndications, corporate advisory and investment banking

- Monitoring the performance of the account client (financial performance etc.) on a regular basis
