Reports To - Chief Compliance Officer

Team Size - 6-7 People

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Aid the Management in its objective of Oversight of the Banks compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

- Provide compliance advice on private banking related compliance matters

- Review and implement control process to ensure new product launch and selling process are complied with latest regulatory requirements

- Devise and maintain appropriate systems and controls with regard to the regulation.

- Led ad-hoc compliance projects

- To ensure the policies, processes and controls of the allocated business and / or operations verticals is complete and robust

- Advise CCO on compliance issues and provide consultative advice and support for business transactions and other related activities.

- Coordinate, develop and implement the compliance programs for the Bank.

- Conduct compliance training for business

- Ensure that the day to day operations meet with the overall compliance philosophy

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualification :- Chartered Accountancy (Essential) OR CA + FRM, MBA, CPA

Experience (years) :- 6- 10 Years as Manager in Compliance Team with Any Bank

Age Limit :- 34 Years
