AVP - Compensation & Benefits

The Manager C&B will be responsible for the management of multiple aspects of the company's Total Rewards programs for the organisation.

Will support end to end planning and execution of compensation budgets and programs for the Organisation.

This role will include responsibilities for overseeing the application of Total reward programs and initiatives of the organisation. Scope of role includes design, implementation, vendor management, communications, and effective collaboration with the appropriate functional areas within the company and external consultants and administrators.

Key Responsibilities :

- Will lead the Compensation & Benefits function for the organisation.

- Responsible for the execution of the global compensation & benefits strategy for Organisation India. Involved in design of regional/local solutions adapted to the business needs and local legal requirements, and consistent with our strategy.

- Support implementation of new (or key changes to existing) global C&B programs and processes, testing designs to validate applicability to local market situations, and ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines.

- Liaison with other HR functions to ensure that delivery for total rewards is consistent and relevant.

- Serves as an SME and advisor to HR and recruitment teams as needed in all aspects of compensation design, planning and administration processes, and counselling on customization of programs at a local level.

- Participate in driving the annual salary review processes by managing all requirements for the process including measuring market competitiveness of pay structures, annual salary review process, and annual bonus plan process.

- Conduct salary survey based on market and sector specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.

- Rewards Compliance.

- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders regarding compensation related issues.

- Measure and analyze key data trends and drive strategic insights based on data on Benefits.

- Drive adoption, communication, and change management of any systems changes and/or new system launches in collaboration with internal teams.

- Design and develop training, education and communication materials for the implementation of global/ local compensation programs building manager capability on C&B area.

- Benefits & Wellness - Plan Design & Administration.

- Responsible for driving increased adoption of benefits & wellness programs in India including coordination with external consultants, owning employee communications, interfacing with external vendors etc.

- Effectively partner and collaborate with Finance, Business Ops, HR Business Partners, Legal, Procurement, other internal partners to deliver effective and compliant benefits programs.

- Drives resolution of compensation issues and makes recommendation for optimal solution in situations where issue is complex.
